Terms of Service
These general terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the Bill Alps service, operated by WAP Sàrl, Domdidier, Canton of Fribourg, Switzerland. By using Bill Alps, you accept these Terms.
01. Description of the service
Bill Alps is an online invoicing software (SaaS) that allows you to create Swiss invoices with QR codes, manage your clients and track your payments.
02. Registration and account
To access the service, you must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
03. Plans and pricing
Bill Alps offers a free plan and a paid plan (Pro). The features and limits of each plan are described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
04. Trial period and cancellation
The free plan has no time limit. The Pro subscription can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are given for partial periods.
05. Acceptable use
- › You agree to use Bill Alps in accordance with Swiss law and these Terms.
- › It is prohibited to use the service to send fraudulent or misleading invoices.
- › It is prohibited to attempt unauthorised access to the service, other users' data or our systems.
- › It is prohibited to use the service to store or transmit illegal content.
06. Data and ownership
You remain the owner of all data you enter into Bill Alps (clients, invoices, etc.). We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. You can export your data at any time in CSV format.
07. Intellectual property
The Bill Alps service, including its code, design, texts and logos, is the property of WAP Sàrl and is protected by Swiss and international copyright law. Your right of use is limited to a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the duration of your subscription.
08. Service availability
We strive to keep the service available 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or force majeure. WAP Sàrl shall not be liable for damages resulting from service unavailability.
09. Limitation of liability
WAP Sàrl provides the service "as is". To the extent permitted by Swiss law, WAP Sàrl excludes all implied warranties and any liability for indirect, consequential or punitive damages. WAP Sàrl's total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.
10. Changes to terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified by email or by a notice on the service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Termination by WAP Sàrl
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent use of the service or non-payment. In the event of termination, you retain the right to export your data for a period of 30 days.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fribourg, Switzerland.
